This hotel is a real gem! the location is fantastic as it is very close to the ski slopes, making it perfect for those who love winter sports. Secondly, the staff here are incredible - from the friendly bar lady to the helpful operation manager and receptionist, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms have a beautiful view and are equipped with all the basic amenities you need.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic and there was nothing that we believe could be improved.

I loved the convenience of the hotel's location near the slopes. The hotel also had clean bedrooms with comfortable beds and a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfasts were generous and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Located conveniently close to the lift, this hotel offers comfortable beds and a family atmosphere. the practical half-board includes warm dishes and a variety of veggies and salads. Guests can unwind in the sauna or have fun at the bar and pool table. the breakfast is decent with basic options available. Rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and functional bathrooms.
The lobby lacks lively atmosphere compared to other areas of the hotel.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, especially considering its proximity to the slopes and the stunning views from the rooms. The staff are friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags before check-in so we could hit the slopes. The breakfast spread is generous and satisfying, giving us the energy we needed for a day of skiing. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the amenities.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel's location was ideal for skiing, as the slopes were easily reachable on foot. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were quite spacious. The included breakfast was filling and tasty.
The hotel could improve its amenities, as some were lacking. For example, there were no kettles in the room, and charging for tea at dinner was an unpleasant surprise.

The breakfast at the hotel was decent with fresh fruits and a good selection of pastries. the room was clean and we enjoyed the view of the surrounding mountains from our balcony. the hotel was located close to a nice hiking trail and a local restaurant that served delicious Czech cuisine.
The hotel lacked any romantic charm. the decor was outdated and dreary, and the lighting in the room was very dim.
